POWDER COATING

Powder Coating is the latest customized department of Hastings Irrigation Pipe Company. The powder coating department was custom designed to make use of the latest technologies and to accomodate a large number of needs. The enclosed booth is large enough to handle large items. There are a variety of racks that allow a large number of small parts to be coated in one cycle. The powder coating line also includes a chemical wash and treatment system (capable of up to nine stages) along with an automatically controlled cure oven and dry off tunnel. A great variety of colors are available to choose from. Special packaging is available from design to silk screen printing and packaging.
